Do or Dye now works on a leveling system. What does that mean for you? It means we can now give you an even better guest experience with more amazing results, all within your budget.

Put simply, you now have options.

All of our stylists are licensed cosmetologists at different phases of their career. Joining our growing team means that each of these service providers receive advanced, consistent, innovative, and in-depth training. This training starts from the day they are hired and continues through their entire career with us. At Do or Dye, our service providers will achieve level promotions based on several different benchmarks while maintaining guest service excellence.

Associates

Associates are new to our salon company and are currently in the Associate Program working along-side one of our Lead Educators. All of our Associates are licensed and have the ability to handle basic haircuts and coloring services. It's what we like to call the "Master's Program" in the beauty industry. These service providers are refining their skill, building their confidence along with creating guest retention therefore patience and flexibility with our new talent in training is encouraged.

Level 1 Service Provider-Beauty on a Budget

Service providers at this level are in the first two years of their career. They are continually learning, performing great services and you can still expect the Do or Dye standard of service. A Level 1 service provider is still working on their timing of services and may require longer service times to achieve the desired results.

Level 2 Service Provider-Mid Level Luxury

A Level 2 service provider typically has two/three years experience and is perfecting their skill. Stylists at this level have spent at least two years learning and refining their skills. They are good with all services and are our most chosen level.  These providers have good guest retention and have the ability to guide and deliver advanced cutting and coloring services with ease.

Level 3 Service Provider -Expert 

Level 3 service providers will typically have three+ years of experience. They are great at everything but have also begun to specialize in their favorite areas. Once a service provider reaches a Level 3 , they will will also have to opportunity to join our education team and take on the responsibility of an Associate.

 

Level 4 Service Provider-Expert Luxury Experience
Level 4 providers have been working hard in the industry for five+ years and have the experience and confidence to deliver results efficiently.  We highly encourage you to reserve your next appointment before leaving from your day of beauty as these providers have a large guest retention and schedules can fill quickly. Level 4 service providers will most likely have an Associate working side-by-side with them helping with color application,  shampooing, and blowouts. This is what we like to call the "Beyonce Experience" being taken care of by two sometimes three people simultaneously definitely gives you that celebrity-like vibe.

Level 5 Service Provider-Expert Luxury Experience 

Level 5 service providers have been working hard in the industry for eight+ years and have the experience and confidence to deliver results efficiently.  We highly encourage you to reserve your next appointment before leaving from your day of beauty as these providers have a large guest retention and schedules can fill quickly. Level  5 service providers will most likely have an Associate working side-by-side with them helping with color application,  shampooing, and blowouts. 

 

Level 6 Service Provider-Expert Luxury Experience

 Level 6 providers have been working hard in the industry for 10+ years and have the experience and confidence to deliver results efficiently.  We highly encourage you to reserve your next appointment before leaving from your day of beauty as these providers have a large guest retention and schedules can fill quickly. Level  6 service providers will most likely have an Associate working side-by-side with them helping with color application,  shampooing, and blowouts.

It is not unusual to have everyone in the salon assist with your appointment. We work as a team and help when needed to deliver that, "step above" experience. Here at Do or Dye we are all about giving our guest the best experience along with educating, learning and growing together.
