If you are passionate about the beauty industry, self motivated and a driven professional looking to grow with a new team and place to call home, we would love to hear from you! In the summer of 2021 we adopted The Summit Salon Systems which is dedicated to growing the next generation of salon professionals to dream big and become successful! We are passionate about empowering fellow stylists by passing on knowledge and wisdom that we ourselves have received over the course of our successful careers. Our leadership team provides advanced hands-on education to each Associate that comes on board with a lead stylist behind the chair serving guests.  This paid training is essential in helping new stylists understand our culture,  grow their knowledge along with building their confidence in their skills all while developing superior customer service skills.  Upon graduation of the Associate program the stylist will then advance to Level 1 and begin taking their own guests.  By following the systems that Summit has designed along with the experience and knowledge of the lead stylist this should work as a launching pad for the stylist to have a career of growth and success.  We are so excited to adopt these systems and watching it take shape has already been a really great experience.  

We have created this space with the idea of building a strong team of talented professionals who are creative, fun, motivated and energetic.
