Madi is a skilled esthetician who specializes in full-body waxing, known for delivering precise, comfortable services with confidence and care. She is passionate about helping guests feel smooth, confident, and well taken care of through expert waxing and thoughtful technique. In addition to waxing, Madi offers customized facials—including dermaplaning—for guests looking to improve skin texture, tone, and overall glow.

Blanca is a detail-driven color specialist with a passion for modern, customized results. She focuses on dimensional hair color and lived-in blondes, taking a thoughtful, consultation-first approach so every guest feels confident and aligned with their vision. Blanca proudly serves both English- and Spanish-speaking guests.

Known for her precision, positive energy, and commitment to continued education, Blanca creates a relaxed, welcoming experience while delivering intentional, polished color. Outside of the salon, she loves finding time to travel and enjoys going to concerts. Guests leave her chair feeling refreshed, confident, and excited about their hair.

Lydia is a talented stylist with a passion for hair that began at a young age. She specializes in coloring and highlighting, bringing creativity, intention, and care to every guest experience. Known for her warm personality and thoughtful approach, Lydia is dedicated to helping guests feel confident, beautiful, and valued.

Lydia will be on a mission trip from January through June 2026 and looks forward to returning to her Do or Dye Salon chair when she’s back.

Jessica has been transforming hair—and the way her guests feel—since 2001. As a founder of Do or Dye Salon and a proud mom of three, she blends artistry, passion, and heart into every transformation she creates.

Specializing in all types of blonding, grey coverage, and hair extensions, Jessica is known for dramatic yet wearable results built through in-depth, trust-driven consultations. As a dedicated educator and mentor, she leads the next generation of stylists with the same mission she brings to every guest: to deliver confidence, empowerment, and truly beautiful results—inside and out.

Daphne has a creative eye and a genuine passion for helping guests feel confident—and she proudly serves both English- and Spanish-speaking guests. She loves working with long hair, highlights, and hair coloring, and is continually refining her skills in short haircuts and styling to create looks that feel fresh, modern, and wearable.

Outside the salon, she enjoys baking, traveling, and spending time with loved ones—usually with an iced coffee or McDonald’s Coke in hand.
