Hair design is more than just a job for me; it's my passion and my life's calling. When I create a unique look for my guests, I tap into my artistic side and pay close attention to every little detail. I enjoy playing with different textures, lengths, and colors to bring out the best in everyone. My mission is to help every guest feel and look their best, transforming their natural beauty into something extraordinary.  "If you look good, you feel good!"  When you leave my chair, you'll feel confident, beautiful, and ready to take on the world. Education is my second working passion as I'm always learning new things to share with you and my teammates. I have recently been certified as an IBE Extension Specialist.  I can't wait to open the door to so many more of my guests looking to enhance their looks, by giving them the hair they've always hoped for!

     Jessica is an active mom of 3 and one of the original founders of Do or Dye Salon. She has been in the industry guiding her guests to their hair goals since 2001 and a mama since 2004. 

Jessica has had an eye for artistic design since she was a little girl. She's known for prioritizing the relationships she builds with her guests to provide a tailored experience that speaks to each individual's unique sense of style and taste. Behind the chair she is knocking out beautiful hair and awakening your inner spirit. You will not only leave feeling more confident in yourself but you will be filled with all of the know-how when it comes to recreating your gorgeous style at home! H expertise doesn't stop there! She is also one of our Lead Educators, specializing in cut and color, to grow our future professionals in the beauty industry. Jody joined our team in November 2021 as an associate for Jessica Kipnis. She has been in the beauty industry since 1990 and has established a sterling reputation for her work in hair, skin and nails. She's a team leader who brings a positive energy to every client interaction, and understands the importance of providing a personalized experience that is both enjoyable and relaxing. Her passion and expertise in hairstyling - coupled with her deep knowledge of fashion trends - has earned her a loyal following. Madi is a passionate esthetician who began her journey in August 2023, driven by her own struggles with skincare and a desire to help others facing similar challenges. Her favorite treatment is dermaplaning facials, finding it incredibly satisfying to see the immediate results as hair and dead skin are gently removed. Madi's interest in skincare was sparked during her junior year of High School, even before she knew the technical names for the treatments she loved. Her services range between full body waxing to lash tinting & lifting, customized facials and more! Currently, she is working on earning her lash certification for lash extensions.

When she's not helping guests achieve glowing skin, Madi enjoys reading, shopping, and indulging in self-help podcasts. 

Madison joined our team in November 2023. She has a love for the beauty industry especially bridal/special events.

Wanda is a passionate and creative hair stylist with over 40 years of experience in the beauty industry. Known for her exceptional skills in hair cutting and coloring, Wanda has a talent for transforming guests' visions into stunning reality.
