Jessica has been transforming hair and inspiring confidence since 2001. As one of the original founders of Do or Dye Salon—and a proud mom of three—she brings equal parts artistry, passion, and heart to everything she does.

Known for her customized approach, Jessica specializes in cut, color, and Invisible Bead Extensions®, creating looks that enhance natural beauty and fit each guest’s unique style. She’s also a dedicated educator, shaping the next generation of stylists with her hands-on, high-level training.

Whether she’s behind the chair or leading her team, Jessica’s mission is always the same: help every guest feel empowered, confident, and beautiful.

Jody joined our team in November 2021 as an associate for Jessica Kipnis. She has been in the beauty industry since 1990 and has established a sterling reputation for her work in hair, skin and nails. She's a team leader who brings a positive energy to every client interaction, and understands the importance of providing a personalized experience that is both enjoyable and relaxing. Her passion and expertise in hairstyling - coupled with her deep knowledge of fashion trends - has earned her a loyal following. Madi is a passionate esthetician who began her journey in August 2023, driven by her own struggles with skincare and a desire to help others facing similar challenges. Her favorite treatment is dermaplaning facials, finding it incredibly satisfying to see the immediate results as hair and dead skin are gently removed. Madi's interest in skincare was sparked during her junior year of High School, even before she knew the technical names for the treatments she loved. Her services range between full body waxing to lash tinting & lifting, customized facials and more! Currently, she is working on earning her lash certification for lash extensions.

When she's not helping guests achieve glowing skin, Madi enjoys reading, shopping, and indulging in self-help podcasts. 

Blanca  began her journey in the beauty industry at Z Hair Academy in Overland Park, Kansas, graduating in January 2025. With her passion for hair and eagerness to learn, she immediately joined our Associate Program to refine her skills and grow under mentorship. By April, Blanca had already advanced to the salon floor, confidently welcoming guests and helping them look and feel their very best.

While she is still early in her career, Blanca’s willingness to learn, dedication to her craft, and drive to succeed make her a rising talent in our salon family. Her positive attitude and commitment to continuous growth ensure that every guest leaves her chair feeling cared for and confident.

With a natural talent for hair and a passion that began at age 14, Lydia has always known the beauty industry was her calling. She joins us with two years of professional experience, specializing in coloring, highlighting and precision cutting. Her creative skills and strong sense of faith fuel her dedication to making every guest feel beautiful and valued.

Known for her friendly personality and eagerness to learn, Lydia is committed to growing her craft and delivering stunning results for her guests. She can't wait to meet you and make you feel amazing from the inside out!

Liliana comes from the  Lee’s Summit, Missouri area. She graduated from Mitsu Sato Hair Academy where she earned both her cosmetology license and her makeup certification.

She first fell in love with the beauty world back in high school—after spending all four years in the ROTC program and originally planning a military path, she discovered her true passion was creativity, color, and confidence-boosting beauty.

With 2 years behind the chair, Liliana is excited to grow her skills and clientele with the Do or Dye team. She brings a fresh, vibrant energy to our salon family—especially with her love for bold fashion colors and her seriously impressive makeup artistry.

Daphne grew up in Wyandotte County and graduated from Z Hair Academy in 2025. Inspired by her mom and grandma’s love for making people feel confident, she followed in their footsteps and became a stylist. She loves highlights, color, and learning short haircuts and styling.

When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find her baking on cozy days, shopping year-round, traveling, or spending time with family and friends — usually with an iced coffee or McDonald’s Coke and birria tacos close by. Her favorite color is blue, just like her easygoing, creative vibe.
